Find out who will be working on your campaigns and how. The agency’s response should make you feel comfortable, confident, and maybe even a little bit excited.
Do they have excellent communication skills?
Their resume might say this, but do they walk-the-walk? Your agency should be in constant communication with you from the moment you begin a contract. Do they keep you in the loop with what’s happening on your Social Media profiles? Are they providing reports, can you give them a call when you need too? Are they easily and consistently reachable via email? If you answered “yes” then you’re likely to be in great hands.
